24/7 Security Officer

About the role

The 24/7 Security Officer provides security to American Family Field and surrounding property by patrolling the facility by foot and vehicle, responding to incidents, and performing screenings.

Responsibilities

• Patrol facility and surrounding areas to provide a visible presence of authority
• Assist in pre- and post-event duties, including locking doors and conducting security sweeps
• Perform tours and check for maintenance issues such as leaks and fire hazards
• Respond to incidents including fire, vandalism, illegal entry, and credential authorization
• Act as a first responder to verify various alarms

Requirements

• Three to six months of related experience
• A one-year certificate from college or technical school, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• At least 18 years of age
• A valid driver's license and MBBC satisfactory driving record

Qualifications

• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends, overnight, evenings, and holidays
• Must be available to work the 400 pm to Midnight shift and/or the Midnight to 800 am shift

Schedule

Work Hours vary according to schedule. Maximum of 30 hours per week. Weekends, overnight, evenings, and holidays will be included. This 24/7 Security Officer will primarily work the 400 pm to Midnight shift and/or the Midnight to 800 am shift.
