24/7 Home Health Aide (HHA) in Espanola, NM

We’re seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide 1099 Independent Contractor to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Follow care plans to provide safe and competent care
• Auxiliary personal hygiene and meal preparation
• Help with mobility
• Perform routine housekeeping tasks
• Monitor and report any changes in clients’ conditions or home situations to the RN Case Manager and HHA Coordinator

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of state-mandated training hours, if applicable
• Basic knowledge of computer and internet-based applications for charting
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Caregiver must be compassionate and professional, with safe working knowledge of client-based equipment
• Criminal background check required
• Must provide evidence of health status that does not pose a risk to clients or other caregivers

Pay

Pay Range: USD $18.00 - USD $20.00 /Yr.
