About the role
The role involves managing and operating a mixer at a production facility, ensuring smooth workflow and quality control.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain mixing equipment to ensure consistent product quality.
- Monitor production levels and adjust as necessary to meet demand.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve processes.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Basic understanding of safety regulations and quality assurance practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
Qualifications
- Physical ability to operate heavy machinery and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.
Skills
- Proficient in using mixing equipment and machinery.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and documentation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
