About the role

The Senior Negotiator, Digital Partnerships develops, recommends, executes, and evaluates digital media plans from inception to completion with moderate oversight. This role oversees daily maintenance of client schedules, ensures consistent processes, and mentors junior team members.

Responsibilities

  • Take on a client-facing role with moderate oversight, attending regular client and vendor meetings.
  • Mentor and train Associates and Negotiators, ensuring adherence to processes.
  • Collaborate with Strategy and Comms Design teams to align media choices with overall strategy.
  • Recommend and justify media partners to deliver on client goals.
  • Develop RFPs and oversee the submission process with media partners.
  • Evaluate partner proposals, negotiate plan details, and present recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Oversee campaign implementation, optimization, and performance, including authorizations, IOs, budgets, creative, reporting, and billing reconciliation.
  • Manage partner-specific budget allocation, optimization, media partnership programs, and added-value details.
  • Secure best-in-class marketplace pricing and foster strong relationships with media partners.

Requirements

  • Digital media buying experience.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems such as MediaOcean Prisma.
  • Experience managing multiple, competing priorities and evolving responsibilities.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written, verbal communication, and negotiation skills; presentation skills a plus.
  • Experience analyzing data and market research.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in the digital media space preferred.
  • Experience with campaign management/ad serving technology (e.g., Atlas DMT, Media Mind).
  • Working knowledge of third-party internet marketing research tools (e.g., comScore Media Metrix, Nielsen NetView, @Plan, NetRatings).
  • Familiarity with basic accounting/math principles; basic statistical analysis experience is a plus.

Pay

$70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year.

Schedule

Minimum of three days per week in-office, with potential for increased in-office requirements over time.
