205 - Site Manager - Hackettstown Medical Center - Full time

About the role

Onsight Healthcare is seeking an experienced, hands-on leader to join our team as a Valet Team Site Manager at Hackettstown Medical Center in Hackettstown, New Jersey. This full-time role offers benefits and pays $18/hour, with Monday–Friday scheduling and weekends off.

Responsibilities

• Daily training, coaching, and development of the valet team
• Create and manage the schedule of direct reports
• Establish and maintain a friendly working relationship with hospital staff and management
• Assist the team with all daily valet services
• Use weekly customer service metric reporting to deliver a white-glove customer service experience
• Demonstrate leadership skills and maintain a high bar for customer service standards
• Report and document incidents, accidents, or claims with the appropriate HR representative

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Eligible to work for any U.S. Employer
• Possess a clean driving record for the past 5 years
• Possesses a valid, in-state, active driver’s license (No temp license or permits accepted)
• At least two years of supervisory or management experience required
• Comfortable/have experience with providing valet services and driving a variety of vehicles

Schedule

• Minimum five 8-hour shifts Monday–Friday
• Shifts vary based on business needs; typical range is 8:00 am–4:00 pm
• Ability to work outside these times depending on business needs
