About the role
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing store operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth service and compliance with policies.
- Manage and develop a team of store associates to meet performance goals.
- Ensure all store policies and procedures are followed.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Perform inventory management tasks to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Conduct regular store inspections to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of retail management experience.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a similar role preferred.
