About the role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing store operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth service and compliance with policies.
  • Manage and develop a team of store associates to meet performance goals.
  • Ensure all store policies and procedures are followed.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Perform inventory management tasks to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Conduct regular store inspections to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of retail management experience.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a similar role preferred.
