2027 Wealth Management Summer Internship Program
for each section heading.
We need to use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose.
We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail.
We must remove boilerplate: EEO, legal, acknowledgment, etc.
We must not include duplicated lines.
We need to include location list? That's substantive; maybe under About the role or Responsibilities? Could be under About the role as "Locations". Could be its own section but we don't have a heading for Locations; we could include under About the role as a paragraph.
We must not include "Next Steps" etc? That's application instructions; we should remove application instructions per rule: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." So we should remove Next Steps, important dates, application dates, etc. That's application instructions. So we should omit those.
Also remove "Participation in this internship program does not include a return offer or guarantee of future employment" - that's maybe not boilerplate but could be considered a note; but it's substantive? It's about no guarantee. Might be considered relevant but maybe we can keep? It's not explicitly prohibited; but it's not a list. Could be included under About the role as a note. However it's not a duty/requirement. Might be okay to keep.
But we need to preserve ALL substantive information; we should not discard info that is not boilerplate. The rule says remove application instructions. The Next Steps and important dates are application instructions. So we remove them.
The participation note about no return offer is not application instruction; it's a condition of internship. Might be considered substantive. We'll keep.
Now let's extract substantive content:

Now we need to decide sections.
About the role: Could include company intro + internship overview (maybe first paragraph). Could also include locations.
Responsibilities: list of duties: work directly with experienced Financial Advisors, learn about industry, observe branch office operations, collaborate on projects, attend Seattle week (presentations, community service, team building), study for SIE exam, etc.
Requirements: eligibility: completed sophomore year, authorization to work, background check, ability to commit, live locally, no transportation/moving assistance.
Qualifications: strong academic performance, professional drive.
Skills: analytical, leadership, communication, teamwork, service skills.
Benefits: paid internship (minimum 25 hrs/week for 9 weeks), opportunity to sit for SIE exam sponsored, etc.
Schedule: minimum 25 hours per week for 9 weeks, plus Seattle week (maybe specific week). Could also mention program dates: June 14, 2027 start, August 13, 2027 conclude, Seattle week TBD July 2027. Those are schedule details; we should keep them as they are substantive. However note: those dates are part of Next Steps? Actually they are under "Important dates:" which we considered application instructions? The rule says remove application instructions. But these dates are about program timeline, not application. Might be considered schedule info. The rule says remove application instructions; but "Important dates: October-December 2026 – Local interviews ... December 2026 – Final interviews ... June 14, 2027 – Internship Program begins ... July 2027 TBD – Intern week in Seattle August 13, 2027 – Internship Program concludes". The first two are application/interview steps; the latter are program dates. We could keep the program dates as schedule. However the rule says remove application instructions; we could keep the program dates but remove the interview dates. Safer to keep only the program start, Seattle week TBD, program end. But we need to see if that is considered application instruction. The "Important dates" heading includes both; we could parse and keep only the internship program dates. However the instruction says remove application instructions; not necessarily remove all dates under that heading if they are not application instructions. We'll keep the program dates.
Thus schedule: Program begins June 14, 2027; Intern week in Seattle TBD July 2027; Program concludes August 13
