2027 Vet Transition Program - ACB

Responsible for driving overall product strategy, as well as related strategic initiatives to evolve the platform in response to client (internal and external) needs in order to increase revenue opportunity for the firm.

Responsibilities

• Partner with investment team, users, technology leaders, and other stakeholders (e.g., sales, marketing, engineers) to shape the vision for the next “version” of the platform and define the overall deployment strategy.
• Innovate, conceptualize, design, and pilot new capabilities.
• Set in place processes and frameworks for continuous improvement of the platform to enhance stability, reliability, and performance.

Pay

For New York, NY, the salary range for this position is USD $500.00 - USD $700.00. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy, and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department, and individual performance.

Schedule

BlackRock’s hybrid work model requires employees to work at least 4 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week. Some business groups may require more time in the office due to their roles and responsibilities.
