About the role

We are seeking highly motivated Software Engineering co-ops to join our team. You will work closely with software engineers to build and maintain software applications, receive training on the full software creation process, and contribute to automation, debugging, and documentation.

  • Build and maintain software applications
  • Receive training on design, development, testing, and deployment
  • Automate software development processes through scripting
  • Learn debugging methodologies to investigate software issues
  • Contribute to technical and functional documentation as needed

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a US-based undergraduate degree program in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
  • Knowledge or experience in one or more of the following areas:
    • Software engineering concepts, principles, and theories
    • C/C++ programming and scripting languages (Python, Windows PowerShell, Linux shell script, Perl, Java, JavaScript, UML)
    • UNIX/Linux operating systems
    • Databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
    • Cloud computing platforms (Azure)
    • Web development frameworks (Django, Rails, Spring Boot)
    • Markup languages (HTML, XML, XSL)
    • Defect tracking, testing, and debugging
    • Version control (Git, GitHub, Perforce)
    • Security technologies (OAuth, SSL, TLS)
    • PC/CPU architecture, embedded systems, microcontrollers

Schedule

This role requires full-time work (40 hours per week) in either a hybrid or onsite structure for the duration of the co-op or intern term.

  • Spring/Summer Co-op: January 15, 2027 – August 13, 2027
  • Summer Internship (Semester Students): May 24, 2027 – August 13, 2027
  • Summer Internship (Quarter Students): June 21, 2027 – September 10, 2027
  • Summer/Fall Co-op (Semester Students): May 24, 2027 – December 10, 2027
  • Summer/Fall Co-op (Quarter Students): June 21, 2027 – December 10, 2027
