We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, application instructions, etc. Must not include placeholder like "commensurate with experience". Must not create sections unless content exists.
We need to parse the posting.
Key content:
- About this role: description of program overview, etc. So we can have
About the role
with paragraphs. - Responsibilities: list of duties: bullet points under "In this role, your responsibilities as a Software Engineering Intern may include:" and then sub-bullets. We need to capture all responsibilities. - Requirements: maybe "Required Qualifications" and "Desired Qualifications". Could combine into Requirements and Qualifications sections? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have separate sections for Requirements and Qualifications. But we need to decide what goes where. Typically Requirements = required qualifications; Qualifications = desired qualifications? Or maybe Skills separate. We'll map: - Requirements: Required Qualifications (6+ months work experience or equivalent). Also maybe "Must take and pass required technology skills assessment", "Position will require onsite presence at one of the required locations listed below in a hybrid work schedule", "This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship", "Wells Fargo only considers candidates who are presently authorized to work...". Those are requirements. - Qualifications: Desired Qualifications list (currently pursuing bachelor's degree, expected graduation Dec 2027-June 2028, foundational knowledge, understanding algorithms, experience with SDLC, strong problem solving, demonstrated exposure to AI tools, familiarity with prompt engineering, interest in AI transforming workflows, prior engineering internship experience, energetic self-starter, involvement in extracurricular enrichment activities). Also maybe "Roles for our Cybersecurity and Data Engineering teams will be posted separately in late October." Not needed. - Skills: maybe list of languages/frameworks, platforms, data, tools under "Technology Environment". That could be Skills. - Benefits: list of benefits under "Benefits Wells Fargo provides eligible employees..." bullet list. - Pay: Pay Range details with hourly rates per location and also "$38.46 - $63.46". Also note "Pay may vary depending on factors...". So we have specific pay numbers. - Schedule: Program Duration: June 2027 – August 2027 (10 weeks). Also hybrid work schedule, onsite presence required. So schedule section can include duration and hybrid schedule. We must not include placeholder like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include duplicated lines. Must preserve all substantive info. We must not include application instructions like "After submitting your application, please monitor your e-mail". Remove. We must not include EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate. Remove. We must not include "Posting End Date: 12 Oct 2026". Might be considered metadata; but it's not a heading; we could fold into a short p or drop. The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a shortor drop it. So we could include a short p for Posting End Date maybe. But it's minor metadata; we could drop it. Safer to drop. Also "Based on the volume of applications received, this job posting may be removed prior to the indicated close date." drop. Also "We Value Equal Opportunity" drop. Also "Employees support our focus..." drop. Also "Applicants with Disabilities" drop. Also "Drug and Alcohol Policy" drop. Also "Wells Fargo Recruitment and Hiring Requirements:" drop. Also "Reference Number R-574285-6" drop. Now we need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We'll structure:
