About the Role

As a Technology Assurance Staff I, you will learn and work on consulting engagements related to SOC readiness and SOC 1, SOC 2 and SOC 3, HITRUST, HIPAA, ISO, NIST, and general cybersecurity security assessments.

This is a hybrid position with in-office requirements. You will assist other team members with executing client engagements from start to finish and regularly collaborate with partners and managers to provide outstanding client service. This role offers rapid professional growth for those passionate about understanding and working in a variety of business environments in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Participate in consulting engagements focused on SOC readiness, SOC 1, SOC 2, SOC 3, HITRUST, HIPAA, ISO, NIST, and cybersecurity assessments.
• Assist team members in executing client engagements from start to finish.
• Collaborate with partners and managers to deliver outstanding client service.
• Develop a strong understanding of business processes, controls, and core IT concepts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Accounting, MIS, Business, or a related field.
• Strong academic track record.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
• Expected graduation between December 2026 and September 2027.

Preferred Qualifications

• 0-2 years of recent public accounting experience.
• Relevant work experience (e.g., internships, volunteer/paid work, school jobs).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
