About the Role

As an Assurance Staff I, you will work alongside the Assurance team performing detailed verification procedures necessary to examine our clients' financial statements, including both public and private client engagements. You will work under the direction of a manager or senior analyst, benefiting from hands-on learning, on-the-job training, and collaboration with partners and staff members at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed verification procedures for financial statement examinations.
  • Work on both public and private client engagements.
  • Collaborate with managers, senior analysts, and team members at all levels.
  • Engage in hands-on learning and on-the-job training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in accounting or an equivalent program from an accredited college or university.
  • 0-2 years of recent public accounting experience.
  • Ability to reliably commute to assigned office location and client sites as required.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Qualifications

  • Completed minimum educational requirements for CPA licensure in the state of your assigned office location (may differ from requirements to sit for the CPA exam).
  • Completed 150 academic credits or a master’s degree in accounting or an equivalent program from an accredited college or university.
  • Final graduation date between December 2026 and September 2027.
  • Strong academic track record (minimum GPA: 3.0).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
