About the Role

As a Private Client Services (PCS) Staff I, you will work alongside the PCS team to learn the process of preparing financial statements and how to perform compilations and reviews. You will also learn the preparation procedures of federal and state income tax returns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in accounting or equivalent program from an accredited college or university
  • 0-2 years of recent public accounting experience
  • Hybrid position with in-office requirements; must reliably commute to assigned office location and client sites as required
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future

Qualifications

  • Pursuing minimum educational requirements for CPA licensure (state-specific) in the assigned office location
  • Pursuing 150 academic credits or a master’s degree in accounting or equivalent program
  • Final graduation date between December 2026 and September 2027
  • Strong academic track record (minimum GPA: 3.0)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
