About the role

Mary Kay is one of the world’s leading beauty and skincare companies, offering an 10-week summer internship program called Mary Kay University. This program provides undergraduate and graduate students with hands-on experience in various business functions, including Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Global HR Operations, Employee Engagement, HR Analytics, and more.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree and enrolled in an accredited university program
• Full-time undergraduate or part-time/full-time graduate student status
• Rising juniors and seniors preferred
• Prioritized for students majoring in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Business, Psychology, or related fields

Pay & Schedule

• Paid internship starting at $20/hour
• Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week
• In-office presence 4-5 days per week
• Location: Global Headquarters in Addison, TX or Manufacturing/ R&D Facility in Lewisville, TX
