Schedule
40 hours per week; in‑office up to 4 days a week.
Responsibilities
- Build an understanding of the businesses and customers the role supports.
- Answer and direct incoming calls internally and externally.
- Provide support for the manager and other areas as indicated.
- Assist in completing various departmental projects and reports.
- Support operational and administrative functions.
- Perform diversified clerical duties as assigned.
- Support or partner with several business functions, areas, or departments.
- Participate in various projects and tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required.
- Currently enrolled in a 4‑year college program.
- Graduation date of May 2028 preferred.
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Entry‑level position; no prior work experience required.
Qualifications
- GPA of 3.2 or higher preferred.
- Some knowledge of Power BI and/or documenting business/data processes preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, data hygiene, process orientation, and documentation abilities.
- Comfort with technical tools and shared repositories.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated leadership qualities.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented and self‑motivated.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively in an office environment.
