2027 Summer Internship Program - Global Technology & Solutions - Business Management Analyst (BMA)

Pay

$30.74 USD per hour

Schedule

40 hours per week; in‑office up to 4 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Build an understanding of the businesses and customers the role supports.
• Answer and direct incoming calls internally and externally.
• Provide support for the manager and other areas as indicated.
• Assist in completing various departmental projects and reports.
• Support operational and administrative functions.
• Perform diversified clerical duties as assigned.
• Support or partner with several business functions, areas, or departments.
• Participate in various projects and tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required.
• Currently enrolled in a 4‑year college program.
• Graduation date of May 2028 preferred.
• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Entry‑level position; no prior work experience required.

Qualifications

• GPA of 3.2 or higher preferred.
• Some knowledge of Power BI and/or documenting business/data processes preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, data hygiene, process orientation, and documentation abilities.
• Comfort with technical tools and shared repositories.
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated leadership qualities.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented and self‑motivated.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively in an office environment.
