About the role

Q2 is a leading provider of digital banking and lending solutions to banks, credit unions, alternative finance companies, and fintechs in the U.S. and internationally. Our mission is to build strong and diverse communities through innovative financial technology by empowering our people to help create success for our customers.

You'll get exposure to how data science projects come together end‑to‑end — from defining a problem and exploring data, to prototyping solutions and seeing how they connect to the systems around them. Recent intern projects on this team and others have included building data pipelines and visualization dashboards for operational insights, and researching new approaches to emerging problems.

We celebrate our employees through the year‑round Q2 ChangeMakers awards program and global moments of recognition and connection. We invest in growth via ongoing learning opportunities, internal mobility, and meaningful leadership relationships. We also build trust and collaboration through fun and giving back together, from company‑wide volunteer days to events like Q2 Homecoming Week—which features learning, community service, and culture‑building experiences.
