2027 Summer Intern - Software/Computer Science Engineering - Fort Worth

Responsibilities

• Gain familiarity with Systems Engineering processes, from requirements through verification.
• Develop software / coding experience using C++, C#, Matlab and other industry standard development environments.
• Learn control system design and modeling.

Requirements

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher with a major in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or Computer Science required.
• Minimum 60 college credit hours completed by the start of the internship (June 1, 2027) or prior Bell internship experience.
• Able to complete the entire 10 weeks of the internship: June 1– August 6, 2027.
• 3.0 minimum overall, undergraduate GPA strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Systems Engineering processes, from requirements through verification.
• Software / coding experience using C++, C#, Matlab and other industry standard development environments.
• Control system design and modeling using Simulink, and implementation on hardware.
• Software verification test experience in high fidelity hardware-in-the-loop (HILS) environments using integrated flight dynamic modeling of air vehicle performance.
