As a Human Resource Intern at Bell, you can expect to join a department of HR to:

  • Administer human resources policies, procedures, and programs
  • Assist management in the decision-making process of different human resources functions: organization, staffing, compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance management, employee development opportunities, employee orientation and training, etc.
  • Actively participate in recruiting and selection processes
  • Assure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Assure an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce

Responsibilities

Day in the Life of a Human Resource Intern

  • Support the manufacturing and creation of our aircraft by bringing your experience and ideas to help ensure the growth of our company
  • No matter where you are in the company, you are critical to the success of Bell

Qualifications

What You’ll Need:

  • Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher with a major in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or closely related field
  • Minimum 60 college credit hours completed by the start of the internship (June 1, 2027) or prior Bell internship experience
  • Able to complete the entire 10 weeks of the internship: June 1–August 6, 2027
  • 3.0 minimum overall, undergraduate GPA strongly preferred
