About The Role As an HR Operations Intern you will support the HR Operations team in multiple administrative tasks and projects. Aan excellent opportunity will be provided to gain practical experience in a professional HR environment, develop essential skills, and contribute to the team's overall success. You will report to the HR Manager and be located at our Cranberry facility. This is a paid full-time hybrid position for the summer, May - August 2027. Key Responsibilities Work with US HR Operations team to evaluate and update desktop proceduresResearch HR best practices and contribute to the development of these guidelinesHelp with employee inquiries by researching policies and providing information to employees and managersProvide administrative support to HR team members to support investigationsPrepare reports and presentations Qualifications: Pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources or related discipline·Complete Sophomore year of collegePrior internship or work experience in HR We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
