Support manufacturing operations through hands-on engineering projects focused on improving safety, quality, productivity, machine performance, and process efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with engineers, production teams, maintenance, and other plant functions while gaining practical experience
- Use lean methodologies and DMAIC process tools to identify improvements
- Identify, justify, and implement recommended changes through cross-functional team collaboration
