About the role
- Support manufacturing operations through hands-on engineering projects focused on improving safety, quality, productivity, machine performance, and process efficiency.
- Work closely with engineers, production teams, maintenance, and other plant functions while gaining practical experience.
- Use lean methodologies and DMAIC process tools to identify improvements. Identify, justify, and implement recommended changes through cross-functional team collaboration.
This position is on-site in Midland City, AL and is not available for immigration sponsorship.
Requirements
- Pursuing a BS in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Focus on composites and polymers.
