Over the course of 10-12 weeks, as a Finance Intern, you'll work in the Corporate Office located in Garner, NC. Interns experience a variety of exposure to projects that support our business within Accounting and Finance. The program’s primary objective is to grow future leaders by providing professional development and a series of assignments in their specific area of academic and professional interest within the processing and manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the accounting and finance department.
  • Build ad‑hoc reports and analyze data.
  • Collaborate with other departments.
  • Assist with data reconciliation.
  • Help prepare monthly financial summaries.
  • Participate in special projects such as variance reporting or inventory analysis.
  • Gain exposure to financial systems and develop an understanding of internal workflows.
  • Help identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Agribusiness, or a related field.
  • Expected graduation date between December 2028 and June 2029.
  • Demonstrated participation in extracurricular activities (leadership role preferred).
  • Demonstrated strong academic performance.
  • Possess strong technical skills balanced with personal integrity and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to show initiative, assume leadership, and work well with others to get the job done.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work.
