About the role

Clark Hill PLC is seeking to hire a second year law student for its 2027 Summer Associate Program in the Real Estate Business Unit based in Pittsburgh. This program starts at the end of May and lasts approximately 10 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and review of documents related to real estate transactions.
• Participate in client meetings and consultations.
• Contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives within the Real Estate Business Unit.

Requirements

• Second year law student in good standing.
• Strong academic performance, including a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
