About the role
The 2027 Summer Associate Program in the Real Estate Business Unit at Clark Hill PLC is designed for second year law students. This program offers a supportive and challenging work environment similar to that of first-year associates.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and review of documents related to real estate transactions.
- Participate in client meetings and assist in drafting legal memoranda.

- Strong academic performance, with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
