About the role
Clark Hill PLC is seeking to hire a second year law student for its 2027 Summer Associate Program in the Litigation Business Unit based in San Diego.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior attorneys in conducting legal research and preparing documents
- Participate in client meetings and consultations
- Contribute to the development and presentation of legal strategies
- Support the preparation and filing of legal documents
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a second year law student
- Strong academic performance, including Spring 2026 term grades
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for litigation and a commitment to client service
