The team has extensive experience assisting clients with:
- Renegotiating credit facilities
- Obtaining covenant waivers and amendments
- Consummating exchange offers, tender offers, and consent solicitations
- Raising capital (bank loans, second lien, DIP financings, high yield, mezzanine loans, private equity, and strategic investments)
- Selling non-core assets or entire companies
- Effectuating cross-border and international restructurings
- Providing expert valuation and related testimony
- Pre-packaged / pre-arranged chapter 11 cases
- Traditional restructurings under chapter 11
Past and current clients include: GNC, Carbon Health, Del Monte creditors, Commonwealth of Puerto Rico creditors, Yellow Corp. creditors, Lazydays, Checkers Restaurants, MOD Super Fast Pizza, CorEnergy Infrastructure Trust, Invacare, Rockport, Structurlam, Nice-Pak Products, Workhorse, Mallinckrodt creditors, Sequential Brands Group, TNT Crane & Rigging, and Faraday Future.
Responsibilities
Analysts will participate in the CY'27 Training Program in August for three weeks in NYC. Specific responsibilities may include:
- Supporting deal teams in creating, maintaining, and utilizing complex financial models
- Performing financial and valuation analysis such as discounted cash flow analysis and multiple valuation analysis
- Conducting company and industry research and gaining an in-depth understanding of sector trends
- Preparing client presentation materials in coordination with the internal deal team and clients
- Developing a deep understanding of investment banking products and services
- Drafting client presentation materials and participating in client calls or meetings
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment

- Demonstrated leadership and disciplined work ethic
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Significant exposure to finance and accounting

- Superior attention to detail
- Experience with financial modeling and analysis preferred
- Well-rounded set of interests and involvement in extracurricular activities beyond academics, demonstrating leadership abilities
Qualifications
- Pursuing an MBA degree with an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 – May 2027
- Minimum GPA of 3.5 or above

Pay
Salary: USD $175,000.00/Yr. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to each candidate’s qualifications, skills, and overall competencies for the position.
