The MBA Finance Associates (FA) Program has been in place for over 30 years, recruiting top MBA candidates for dynamic careers in Finance. As part of the full-time program, a Finance Associate will complete 4 six-month rotations, building a breadth of finance experience across the company. This dynamic learning environment provides high visibility to senior management and enables Associates to organically build mentoring relationships with managers and peers, as well as a strong alumni network within the company.

After successfully completing the two-year rotational program, Finance Associates will transition to full-time positions within BMS Finance, well-positioned to progress a career in finance at BMS.

Responsibilities

  • Complete 4 six-month rotations across various areas of the Finance function, including Commercial, Research & Development (R&D), Manufacturing, Treasury, and Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis.
  • Develop operating budgets, R&D portfolio allocations, and financial forecasts for developmental compounds.
  • Analyze operating performance and evaluate returns on capital expenditures.
  • Collaborate with marketing to oversee a brand's P&L and develop strategies aimed at business growth.

Requirements

  • Expected to receive a Master’s in Business Administration degree during the current school year, scheduled to graduate by the Spring of 2027.
  • 3 to 5 years’ work experience.
  • Strong intellectual, financial, and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new and complex concepts.
  • Proven capability to effectively communicate and adapt messages to suit various audiences.
  • Ability to influence others and work effectively in a matrix organization.
  • Leadership potential and a commitment to integrity, professionalism, and teamwork.
  • Superior financial modeling skills, specifically in Excel, and the ability to quickly learn financial/accounting software.
  • Strong time management skills, including the ability to work autonomously and within a team.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and for the duration of employment; visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Pay

Starting compensation range for a full-time employee (FTE) in Princeton, NJ, US: $103,700 - $125,660. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account required skills, job location, work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.

Schedule

This is a full-time role. The occupancy structure for this position is site-by-design, which may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility. Onsite presence is considered an essential job function and is critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, and a positive company culture.
