2027 Spring Tax Intern

About the role

Dean Dorton’s internship program is designed to help you build the experience you want, exploring your passions early to achieve your professional goals. Interns gain real-world experience by building on classroom education, preparing individual and business tax returns, participating in tax, accounting, and software training, and mentoring with Tax Managers and Directors to learn best practices and workplace skills.

Schedule

January 4 – April 15
Minimum 20 hours per week
On-site in Lexington, Louisville, Ft. Wright, and Raleigh

Qualifications

• Junior or Senior enrolled in an accounting or business program at an accredited University or College
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Strong analytical and communication skills
