2027 Spring Co-op - Global Technology & Solutions - Business Management Analyst (BMA)

About the role

Internship/Co‑op Work Term (Winter/Term 2) based in Mount Laurel, New Jersey, United States. This is an in‑person co‑op requiring up to 4 days on‑site per week, with a relocation stipend offered. The position is a Business Management Analyst (BMA) Co‑op within Global Technology Solutions (GTS).

Responsibilities

• Builds an understanding of the businesses and Customers the role supports
• May answer and direct incoming calls internally and externally
• Provides support for Manager and others areas, as indicated
• May assist in completing various departmental projects/reports
• Assists with operational and administrative functions
• Performs diversified clerical duties as assigned
• May support or partner with several business functions/areas/departments
• Participates in various projects and tasks, as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Currently enrolled in a 4‑year college program
• Graduation date of May 2028 preferred
• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Entry‑level position; no work experience required

Skills

• Some knowledge in Power BI and/or document business/data processes (preferred)
• Strong analytical & data hygiene, process orientation & documentation, comfort with technical tools & shared repositories (preferred)
• 3.2 GPA or higher (preferred)
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated leadership qualities
• Good written and oral communications skills
• Detail oriented and self‑motivated
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to work in an office environment

Pay

Pay: $30.74 – $30.74 USD per hour (fixed hourly rate)

Schedule

Schedule: 40 hours per week; required to be in‑office up to 4 days per week.
