2027 New Grad Design Professional I (For Current & Recent HNTB Interns Only)

About the Role

This opportunity is for current and recent HNTB interns only. You will work under supervision to produce and complete design and construction documents by gathering information, organizing data, and applying it to documents.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct tasks requiring independent judgment in the analysis of design, planning, and occupancy studies, as well as design layouts.
• Perform a variety of assignments applying standard architectural techniques for project tasks.
• Assist in preparing project specifications by compiling and analyzing relevant data.
• Confer with other architects and engineers to explain and interpret architectural standards, codes, or regulations.
• Prepare progress reports and keep others informed.
• Participate in quality implementation plans, including scheduling QC reviews and compiling comments into project documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.

This position is open to current and recent HNTB interns only. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Pay

• Los Angeles Metro Area and Orange County, CA: $68,265.89 - $102,398.85
• Washington: $71,233.98 - $106,850.97
• Colorado: $65,297.81 - $97,946.72
• New York: $74,202.07 - $111,303.10

Actual compensation will depend on qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and physical work location within the state.
