This opportunity entails working under supervision in the production and completion of design and construction documents through gathering information, organizing data, and applying it to documents.
Responsibilities
- Plans and conducts tasks requiring independent judgment in the analysis of design, planning, and occupancy studies, and design layouts.
- Performs a variety of assignments requiring the application of standard architectural techniques for project assignments.
- Assists in the preparation of project specifications by compiling and analyzing relevant data.
- Confers with other architects and engineers to explain and interpret architectural standards, codes, or regulations.
- Prepares progress reports and keeps others informed.
- Participates in quality implementation plans, including scheduling QC reviews and compiling comments into project documents.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture

Pay
- Los Angeles Metro Area and Orange County, CA: $68,265.89 - $102,398.85
- Washington: $71,233.98 - $106,850.97
- Colorado: $65,297.81 - $97,946.72
- New York: $74,202.07 - $111,303.10
Actual compensation will be dependent on factors including, but not limited to, the individual’s qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as physical work location within the state.
