2027 L'Oréal USA Summer Internship - Manufacturing– Undergraduate (NLR)
About the Role
Join L'Oréal's paid, 11-week Summer Internship Program where you will be fully integrated into the day-to-day activities of a team while leading your own strategic project. This program is designed to help you explore a career at L’Oréal, with opportunities to present insights to senior management and potentially secure a full-time return offer into our Management Trainee program. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis from August 14th through September 30th.
Who You Are
- Ambitious students currently enrolled in a 4-year college or university, expected to graduate between December 2027 – July 2028
- Major in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or relevant disciplines
- Innovative thinkers passionate about creating beauty products
- No prior industry experience necessary
Requirements
- Able to start working full-time in September 2028 upon graduation with a bachelor’s degree
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis (no immigration support/sponsorship offered)
- Minimum 3.5 GPA
- Willing to relocate to any Arkansas USA-based office for the internship (e.g., North Little Rock, AR)
Responsibilities
As a Manufacturing Summer Intern, you will work hands-on on the plant floor to bring iconic brands to life safely, sustainably, and efficiently. You will play a direct role in manufacturing excellence through activities such as:
- Driving continuous improvement and quality excellence
- Optimizing production lines and automation
- Contributing to projects in one of the following areas:
- Manufacturing Performance Improvement
- Production/Packaging Engineering
- Formula Processing and Scale-up
- Safety, Health & Environmental
- Project Engineering
- Industrial Quality
- Warehouse/Material Flows
- Supply Chain Planning
- Short Term Production Planning
- Supply Chain Engineering
- Master Scheduling
- Subcontract manufacturing
Program Details
- Paid internship opportunity with a salary range of $27-$32 per hour (actual compensation depends on job-related factors, including geographic location)
- Hybrid Work Policy: 3 days in office, 2 days work from home (dependent on team and location needs)
- Housing assistance provided on an individual basis based on eligibility per L'Oréal’s Relocation Policy
- Each intern is paired with a mentor and buddy for guidance
