2027 L'Oréal USA Summer Internship - HR– Undergraduate (NY/NJ)

About the Role

L'Oréal USA Summer Internship Program is a paid, 11-week experience where you will be fully integrated into the day-to-day activities of a team while also leading your own individual strategic project. You will have full-time employee responsibilities, present insights to senior management, and have the opportunity to be considered for a full-time return offer into the Management Trainee program.

What You'll Do

• Own an individual project with strategic business impact that you present to senior leaders
• Analyze data, identify root causes, and recommend solutions for HR related business issues
• Experience hands-on HR generalist responsibilities, working with multiple HRIS and reporting systems
• Follow up and solicit feedback from employees on a regular basis with a "customer service" orientation and ability to escalate issues when appropriate
• Engage our teams in sharing best HR practices
• Network and learn about multiple functions (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, R&I and Sales)
• Participate in formal and informal training opportunities

The Program

• Paid internship opportunity

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a 4-year college or university
• Expected to graduate between December 2027 – July 2028
• Able to start working full-time starting September 2028 upon graduation with your bachelor's degree
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis required (no immigration support/sponsorship offered)
• Minimum 3.5 GPA
• Willing to relocate to any USA-based office that has a summer internship opportunity, including Northern New Jersey and New York City
• No prior industry experience necessary to apply

Pay

$27-$30 per hour (actual compensation depends on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location)
