2027 Intern - Integrated Policy
About the role
The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas Internship Program is a prestigious, cohort‑based experience that attracts top talent from across the country for paid, full‑time summer internships spanning majors and functional areas – from economic research and finance to Cash Services, IT, and beyond. Interns take on a specific functional role for the summer with meaningful work and opportunities to grow, supported by dedicated staff mentors and curated cohort programming that provides broad exposure to central banking, direct access to senior leaders and industry experts, and dedicated learning and development opportunities. As part of the Federal Reserve System, interns also build a professional network of peers that spans the nation. The program runs approximately 10‑12 weeks, beginning in mid‑to‑late May and concluding in August, and for this position the work location is the Dallas office. The Integrated Policy Department partners with business areas across the Dallas Fed, bringing together teams of experts to generate innovative ideas and insights on public policy issues across the full scope of the Federal Reserve’s mission. Team members collaborate with colleagues in Banking Supervision, Community Development, Research, and other functions
