About the role

Join the Analyst Program at JPMorgan Chase as an Advisor Trainee in Global Private Bank and become part of a team delivering wealth‑management solutions across Mexico, Central America, South America, and Brazil. You will gain exposure to investments, lending, banking, and trust & estate planning while building strong client relationships. The program begins with a five‑week immersive global training experience, followed by ongoing formal and informal training, mentorship, and networking opportunities. After the program, many analysts are promoted to associate roles and build long‑lasting careers.

Responsibilities

• Work with teams to understand client needs and examine market activities to develop and execute strategies that help clients meet their financial goals.
• Collaborate with bankers, investment specialists, wealth advisors, and lending specialists while learning about the business and clients.
• Partner with market strategy, equity, and alternative investment teams to conduct research, develop products, and respond to client needs as part of a Solutions Team.
• Continuously learn through one‑on‑one mentorship, learning sessions, and events to grow your professional network.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Cultural knowledge and fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
• Expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Highly driven and enjoy working in teams to develop complex solutions.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Genuine interest in financial markets and macro‑level economic trends.
• Desire to work with external clients in a relationship‑building and sales capacity.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Highly inquisitive, focused, and proactive with good judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
