About the role

As an Associate in the Global Private Bank, you will gain exposure to every facet of wealth management, including investments, lending, banking, and trust and estate planning. This opportunity offers unparanned career growth and the chance to work with industry leaders in wealth management while developing your skills in client engagement and business generation.

Our dedicated program management group will provide guidance and feedback throughout the program to foster your growth through training classes, a senior speaker series, market discussions, and networking opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Work with our team of advisors and specialists to bring in new clients and serve existing ones.
  • Deliver highly customized and comprehensive solutions to help protect, manage, and grow wealth.
  • Learn the fundamentals of the wealth management business by partnering with a successful Private Banking team, accountable for identifying and managing high net worth and ultra-high net worth client relationships.
  • Work in teams to foster client relationships and present strategic solutions that help clients achieve their financial goals.

Requirements

  • MBA candidates with 3+ years' work experience.
  • Attend college/university in the U.S.
  • Expected graduation date of December 2026 through June 2027.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong quantitative skills, a passion for investing, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Genuine interest in financial markets and macro-level economic trends.
  • Desire to ultimately work with external clients in a relationship-building and sales capacity.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Highly inquisitive, focused, and proactive.
  • Good judgment and discretion when working with confidential information.

Pay

Competitive total rewards package including base salary determined based on the role, experience, skill set, and location.
