Responsibilities include engaging with fans, assisting in promotions, and helping deliver a safe, fun, and memorable experience for all attendees. This role involves regular manual labor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the Director of Operations to keep everything running smoothly, from game days to special events.
  • Assist with venue upkeep by power washing, painting, cleaning, furniture setup, and other maintenance projects.
  • Oversee game‑day setup and management of the kids’ playground, ensuring safety, staffing, and readiness.
  • Manage and schedule stadium operations staff to ensure efficiency and a seamless fan experience.
  • Support stadium renovations and improvement initiatives that enhance the fan experience.
  • Deploy tarps during inclement weather to keep the field game‑ready.
  • Assist in the setup and management of various non‑baseball events.
  • Support general office operations and day‑to‑day stadium functions.
  • Conduct routine repairs and upkeep to keep the stadium in top condition (facility maintenance experience a plus, but not required).
  • Participate in event operations, performing physical tasks as needed to create the best fan experience possible.

What We’re Looking For

  • A dependable, hardworking individual who takes pride in keeping facilities safe, clean, and fan‑ready.
  • Someone who enjoys hands‑on work such as setup, maintenance, and repairs, and is willing to jump in wherever needed.
  • A team leader capable of managing and scheduling staff while ensuring smooth operations on game days and special events.
  • A flexible problem‑solver who can adapt to changing situations—from weather delays to large‑scale event setups—with a positive attitude.

Compensation

$1,000 monthly stipend.

Schedule

Approximately March 1 – September 30.

  • Housing not provided; assistance in finding housing and/or roommates is offered.
