About the role

Cooley LLP’s General Corporate practice group is recruiting 3L law students (JD 2027) to join the entry level class in our Boston, New York, Palo Alto, San Diego, San Francisco, and Washington, DC offices. This is an opportunity to join a preeminent, internationally recognized corporate practice where you’ll get exposure to a wide variety of matters involving public and private companies. Requirements

• Excellent writing, oral communication, and analytical skills
• Demonstrated interest in corporate law
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
• Prior corporate or transactional experience is helpful but not required
• High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school

Pay

The expected salary for this position is $225,000.
