We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include only sections that have real specific content. The posting includes description, responsibilities, qualifications (required and preferred), physical requirements, compensation and benefits, training details, etc. We need to map content to sections. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; can fold minor metadata into short

or drop it. So we can include a short paragraph with requisition and location maybe. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. The posting includes an Equal employment opportunities paragraph at end; we should remove that. Also company overview maybe keep? It's substantive but not required heading; could be part of About the role? The description includes "At Norfolk Southern, we believe that our people power progress..." That's about the role/company. Could be About the role section. We need sections: About the role (maybe from description), Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine qualifications required?), Qualifications (maybe preferred?), Skills (maybe from preferred?), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. The posting includes compensation details (pay rates) and benefits details. Also schedule: on-call 24/7, extensive travel up to 75%, etc. So we can have Schedule section. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. We need to use

  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from posting, except boilerplate. Let's extract substantive content: - Requisition 40331: 2027 Electrical Apprentice Signal Trainee (Harrisburg, PA) - we can include location and requisition in a short paragraph. - Description paragraph: At Norfolk Southern, we believe that our people power progress... (SPIRIT values) ... If you're ready to launch a career in railroad signal maintenance ... This hands-on, field-based position prepares individuals for a career in signal maintenance through structured classroom instruction and on-the-job training. Apprentice Signal Trainees learn to install, inspect, and maintain signal systems that are critical to safe and efficient rail operations. - What Should You Know: This is a seniority-based union position. You will be required to bid on available positions, which may be located outside your training location. Relocation may be necessary based on the outcome of the bid process. Relocation assistance is not provided for this position. You must be available to work on-call, 24/7, including holidays, nights and weekends. Extensive travel is required during training (up to 75%). You will be required to join the Brotherhood of Railroad Signalmen (BRS) within 60 days of establishing seniority. You must obtain a Class A CDL within 90 days of hire (training provided by Norfolk Southern) - Training: Training lasts approximately 52 weeks and includes both classroom and field instruction. Seniority Districts list: Eastern Region North (ERN) Norfolk & Western (NW) Southern Lines East (SLE) Southern Lines West (SLW) WRE (Western Region East (WRE) Western Region West (WRW) A detailed overview of the seniority districts is available in the following video: link. - Job Responsibilities: list bullet points. - Qualifications – Required: list. - Qualifications – Preferred: list. - Physical and Mental Job Requirements: list. - Work Conditions: list. - Compensation And Benefits: details: Weeks 1–3 (Classroom): $1,200 /week Apprentice Periods: First 130 days: $36.48/hr Second 130 days: $36.85/hr Post-Apprenticeship (Signal Maintainer): $37.98/hr+ Benefits Include Medical coverage begins the first day of the second month after hire Health insurance (80/20 or 85/15 plan) $20,000 life insurance 401(k) eligibility from day one Dental and vision coverage after one year of service - Company Overview: paragraph about Norfolk Southern. We need to decide sections. Possible sections:

    About the role

    - include description paragraph (the initial description about Norfolk Southern, SPIRIT values, role purpose). Also maybe include "What Should You Know" details? Could be part of About the role or separate sections like "Key Details". But we have limited headings; we can incorporate into About the role.

    Responsibilities

    - list of job responsibilities.

    Requirements

    - could combine Qualifications – Required and Physical and Mental Job Requirements and Work Conditions? But we have separate headings for Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. The instruction says use those headings if content exists. So we need to map: - Qualifications: could be split into Required and Preferred? We could have a Qualifications section with both required and preferred lists. - Skills: maybe from Preferred qualifications (technical certificate, OSHA, etc.) but those are qualifications not skills. However we could put skills under Skills section: "Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in basic computer applications (Excel, Word, Outlook). Effective time management and communication skills." - Benefits: from Compensation And Benefits section. - Pay: from compensation details (pay rates). Could be separate Pay section. - Schedule: from on-call, travel, etc. We also have Training details; maybe could be part of About the role or a separate section but not in allowed headings. Since we must only use allowed headings, we could embed training details in About the role or Responsibilities? Probably About the role is fine. We must not create sections with filler. So we need to ensure each heading has substantive content. Let's draft:
