About the Role

The E-HRLDP is a two-year, full-time rotational program enabling highly motivated graduate students to develop into Johnson & Johnson’s HR leaders of the future. Through rotational assignments, you will collaborate strategically with J&J businesses and functions on local, regional, and global levels in diverse areas such as Workforce Analytics, Employee/Labor Relations, Talent Management/Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, and Global Learning Delivery. You may serve as an HR Business Partner across business sectors, R&D, enterprise Supply Chain, or Corporate Functions. All rotational assignments and your first role upon graduation are determined by the HRLDP Program Office.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose HR needs and provide strategic solutions as an HR Business Partner.
- Engage in strategic collaboration with J&J businesses and functions on local, regional, and global levels.
- Leverage data to generate insights and drive evidence-based decision-making.
- Build strong partnerships and integrate the needs and perspectives of diverse stakeholders across a global matrix organization.
- Demonstrate learning agility by rapidly adopting new AI tools and platforms to meet evolving project needs.
Requirements
- Authorization to work in the United States is required (the company does not provide sponsorship for employment visa status).
- Graduate student completing an MBA, Master’s Degree, or Ph.D. with a focus in HR Management, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, HR-related disciplines, or business-related disciplines, with an intended graduation date between May 2025 – July 2027.
- Five years or more of prior full-time, professional work experience (full-time is equivalent to working 40 hours or more weekly on a continuous basis).
- Geographical mobility for rotations and final placement of the full-time program.
- Fluency in English is required, as well as fluency in the language of the country where the assignment is located. Fluency in a second language is desired.
Previous HR experience is preferred but not required (may vary by region).

- Vacation pay: 120 hours per calendar year.
- Sick time: 40 hours per calendar year (48 hours for Colorado residents, 56 hours for Washington residents).
- Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays: 13 days per calendar year.
- Work, Personal, and Family Time: up to 40 hours per calendar year.
- Parental Leave: 480 hours within one year of birth/adoption/foster care of a child.
- Bereavement Leave: 240 hours for an immediate family member, 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year.
- Caregiver Leave: 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period.
- Volunteer Leave: 32 hours per calendar year.
- Military Spouse Time-Off: 80 hours per calendar year.

Pay
The base pay for this position is $141,000 per year. The position is eligible for an annual performance bonus, sign-on and/or early incentive bonus, and participation in the Company’s long-term incentive program, subject to plan terms.
