2027 Corporate Summer Internship - Hilton Reservations & Customer Care (HRCC)

About the Role

Join the Hilton corporate summer internship program to gain real-world professional experience in a global company. This in-person internship is based in Dallas, TX, running from June 1, 2027, to August 6, 2027. Interns will work full-time (40 hours per week) as part of a 10-week program.

As an intern, you’ll contribute to a Customer Care Team that is redefining human hospitality in a digital world. Your work will focus on providing personalized solutions that inspire a passion for travel and create lasting impressions for Hilton guests.

Potential internship opportunities may include roles such as Intern, HRCC Customer Insights or Intern, HRCC Product Management. Available opportunities may vary based on location and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Engage in impactful projects, participate in learning and development workshops, and build connections through networking and social events with Team Members and fellow interns.
• Support your assigned team by preparing reports, presentations, conducting research, and analyzing data.
• Encourage a culture of innovation and help develop new ideas and solutions.
• Utilize organizational, time management, and communication skills to manage tasks and collaborate effectively with your team.
• Work with your manager and team to deliver a final presentation showcasing your internship experience and key learnings.

Requirements

• Commit to the full 10-week program (40 hours per week) onsite at our Dallas, TX corporate office.
• Currently enrolled as a sophomore or junior in a post-secondary education program, or have less than one (1) year of professional experience.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in your community or involvement with a student-run organization.
• Internship or work experience in hospitality or customer service (e.g., server, front desk, volunteer, coach).
• Experience with Data Analytics.
• Exposure to creating dashboards and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar platforms.
• Experience helping design products, tools, or processes that are intuitive and user-friendly.

Pay

$24.00 per hour with a one-time stipend of $2,500.00.
