As part of College Development Program, you will be provided with the knowledge, tools, and resources to succeed. Through a six-month training program, candidates are offered the opportunity to network, learn, and fine tune their Convergint knowledge before heading out into the marketplace to manage projects. In this role, you will work with a team of exceptional colleagues to execute projects to completion, on time and on budget, while delivering world-class service to our customers.
