Responsibilities

• Apply data science and analytical methods to solve real business and engineering problems.

About the Program

The BNY Summer Internship Program offers a dynamic 10-week experience designed to accelerate development, build professional networks, and provide meaningful exposure to one of the world’s leading financial services institutions. Interns gain insight into BNY’s capabilities, platforms, and functions while contributing to impactful business initiatives.

• Enterprise-wide onboarding and development programming, including an in-person immersive induction, executive speaker series, skill development, and networking opportunities.

Requirements

• Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred.
• Graduating in December 2027 or May 2028 (U.S.).
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
• Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the country where applying.

Pay

BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package. The base salary for this internship position is expected to be between $52,000 and $110,000 per year at the commencement of employment, determined on an individualized basis, including experience and market location.
