About the role

BNY’s Client Coverage Practice strengthens client relationships, supports revenue growth, and connects clients to the full value of BNY’s solutions and capabilities. The Client Coverage Analyst Program offers driven students hands‑on exposure through strategic projects aligned to client engagement, business development, sales support, relationship management, and client planning. Analysts support reporting, pipeline tracking, client materials, and business‑development activities while building insight into BNY’s offerings, the competitive landscape, and the importance of strong communication, commercial thinking, and cross‑functional partnership. The program is a 24‑month rotational experience designed to set you up for success from day one. New joiners take part in a structured induction experience (in‑person immersive onboarding, executive speaker series, skill development, and networking) to assimilate into BNY, learn about the organization, connect with peers and leaders, and build core early‑career skills. From day one analysts are immersed in BNY's collaborative and innovative culture through enterprise‑wide onboarding and development programming, meaningful project work aligned to key business practices and platforms, structured mentorship and career support from managers, senior leaders, peer mentors, business stakeholders, and dedicated program managers, and exposure across practices, platforms, and teams to build a broad understanding of BNY's integrated business model. Professional, technical, and financial‑services training strengthens business acumen and prepares participants for long‑term career success.
