2027 Associate Electronics Engineer - Pathways Program - Linthicum MD

About the role

Northrop Grumman is seeking Pathways Engineers for its Space Systems Sector in Linthicum, MD. This position is part of the Pathways rotational program, offering three rotation opportunities within engineering. The qualified candidate will join Northrop Grumman’s Payload & Ground Systems division. No travel is required for this role.

Basic Qualifications

• Candidate must be completing or have completed a degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD) from an accredited institution.
• Majoring in or having majored in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship required) and Program Special access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company.

Preferred Qualifications

• Overall cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher.

Salary Range

Associate Electronics Engineer – $72,700 – $109,100
