About the role

Air Liquide is a world leader in gases, technologies and services for industry and health, operating in 80 countries with approximately 66,000 employees and serving over 3.6 million customers and patients. The company’s core activities have centered on oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen since its founding in 1902. The ALLEX Engineering program is designed to introduce college students to Air Liquide and the industrial gas industry. It offers two tracks:

• ALLEX Traditional Track (24 months): Three, eight‑month rotational job assignments across Technical, Operations, Project, or Business functions, accelerating development of critical industry knowledge, practical skills and hands‑on experience.
• ALLEX Base Ops Track (24 months): Focused on Hydrogen‑Carbon Monoxide production (HyCO) Base Ops, Air Separation Unit Base Ops, SIO Base Ops, or Plant Engineering Base Ops. Participants follow pre‑defined rotations set by technical experts and, upon completion, are placed in a plant engineering role before returning to a technical role.

Responsibilities
