Responsibilities

• Engage directly with clients and participate in high-profile transactions.
• Gain exposure to multiple practice areas, working alongside both US and global teams, with a focus on Projects, Tax, Global Loans, Derivatives, and Structured Products.
• Build legal skills and gain valuable insights into client needs through hands-on experience.
• Collaborate with innovative and creative thinkers in a supportive, team-oriented atmosphere.
• Experience a realistic picture of life as a junior associate, preparing for a successful legal career.

Pay

In New York, the monthly compensation for this role is $18,750 per month.
