About the Program
The Arkansas Regional offices of Kutak Rock LLP are accepting 2L applications for their Summer Associate Program. Summer associates will work with attorneys in the Kutak Rock Arkansas offices across various practices, including corporate and real estate transactions, healthcare transactions and regulatory compliance, general and complex civil litigation, public finance and tax.
The Kutak Rock Summer Associate Program offers a real taste of the work that our full-time associates do after law school. Responsibilities
- Assist with research projects
- Draft client memoranda
- Prepare litigation-focused documents
- Draft contracts
- Participate in experiences like attending mediations, court hearings, and depositions when possible
Qualifications
- Current 2L law student
Application Requirements

- Resume (including GPA and Class Rank)
Schedule
- 6-week program (either mid-May through end of June or early July through mid-August)
- Fully on-site, five days a week
- Typical hours: 8:30-5:00 CST
