2026 Seasonal Housing Cleaning Attendant

Join our team as a Seasonal Housing Cleaning Attendant at Holiday World & Splashin' Safari, where you’ll contribute to the daily operations of the Compass Commons Employee Housing Building. This role ensures a welcoming and comfortable environment for our BridgeUSA Team Members, college interns, and seasonal team members who live 51+ miles from the park.

About the Role

The Seasonal Cleaning Attendant maintains the cleanliness, organization, and functionality of public, outdoor, and back-of-house areas in the Employee Housing building. You’ll report maintenance needs and help uphold our commitment to safety, service, and friendliness.

Responsibilities

• Properly and safely use cleaning tools and chemicals to complete tasks
• Clean and inspect shared common areas (lobby, hallways, laundry room, kitchen, bathroom, etc.)
• Identify and report any emergent maintenance needs
• Take initiative to maintain the company’s reputation for safety, service, friendliness, cleanliness, and integrity
• Adhere to SOPs and other work procedures to properly perform tasks
• Assist Front Desk Staff as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred but not required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Enthusiastic approach to helping employees
• Strong ability to work independently
• High degree of professional integrity
• Strong attention to detail

Schedule

Shifts are typically during daytime hours, but occasional evening/night hours may be required based on business needs.
