About the role
At Pediatric Home Service, our RNs and LPNs provide 1:1 pediatric home health care, supporting children with medical complexities as they grow and thrive at home. As a new grad, you’ll gain hands-on experience, build meaningful connections, and develop your skills in a supportive, low-ratio setting.

Requirements
- Current RN license or LPN license in good standing
- Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN or NCLEX-PN
- Experience with ventilator, trach, and g-tube care is not required
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts including full-time, part-time, days, nights, evenings, and weekends

Pay
Up to a $4,000 sign-on bonus for full-time nights, plus night and weekend differentials.
Schedule
Variety of shifts available including full-time, part-time, days, nights, evenings, and weekends.
